What are superfoods?

Superfoods are real, nutrient-dense foods, extracted from actual fruits and vegetables that contain high levels of antioxidants, essential vitamins and minerals that are truly good for our bodies.

Are your products organic?

All our products at Nudie Superfoods are tested and certified by our manufacturers to assure the highest in quality foods. Our certifications include:

Are your products safe for kids?

Yes definitely! Everything about our products is 100% natural. What better way to make food that is not only nutritious but colourful and fun for kids!

Are your products Halal?

Yes! Our suppliers are certified Halal across all our range of products.

What is the shelf life of your products?

1-2 years. Please refer to the back label of each product for storage conditions. 

Why are there hard clumps of powder?

You may find hard clumps of powder in your packets especially in the Acai Blend and Pink Pitaya. This is due to the nature of the powders being extremely moisture absorbent as they are processed by freeze drying. It does not interfere with the quality of the product.  

Shipping & Delivery

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Do you do free delivery?

We provide FREE delivery for orders above RM150 for Malaysian orders. Unfortunately, we do not provide free delivery for international shipping at the moment. The shipping rate depends on the weight of the order and will be displayed at the checkout. 

To get the most value for money on shipping, we recommend that you purchase at least 1kg worth of products, as this is the initial fee that our international postal services would charge.

When will i receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless stated otherwise). Our goal is to deliver within the mentioned time frames below. However, please expect slight delays in delivery during sales and promotional periods.

Malaysian Orders: 3 - 5 business days

International: 7 – 14 business days

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an Order Confirmation email and a Shipping Confirmation email. If you do not receive these emails, it’s either because the email has landed in your spam folder or you have provided an incorrect email address during checkout. Please make sure that all details provided are correct during checkout.

Once you receive the Shipping Confirmation email, you will be able to track your shipment with the tracking number provided.

Returns & Refunds

I received wrong or damaged items

If for any reason your products are damaged or defected upon receiving them, or if they are not the correct products you ordered, we will either exchange it with a replacement product of the same value or refund the amount to your account via reward points. We do not offer cash refunds due to banking complications.

Please take a photo and contact us at within 7 days of receiving the products, along with the order number and details of issue with the products. We will get in touch with you within 3 business days.
