If for any reason your products are damaged/defected upon receiving them, or if they are not the correct products you ordered, we will either exchange it with a replacement product of the same value or refund the amount to your account via reward points. We do not offer cash refunds due to banking complications.
Unless your product arrives damaged, we are unable to offer refunds or exchange of products due to the nature of our products being foods.

within 7 days of receiving the products.

Please note that products must be returned unused and in it's original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the products, whether it is damaged or not.
